Your sweet, chocolatey dreams are about to come true—Udder Chocolate is making its return on Friday, February 7th.
The revamped recipe of our Chocolate Milk Stout features a greater depth of malt character and an English yeast strain known to accentuate malt-forward beers. Judicious use of lactose in the boil combined with “dry-hop” additions of Cholaca‘s pure liquid cacao in the fermenter transforms the base beer into adult chocolate milk.
Udder Chocolate is unapologetic in its sweet decadence, exemplifying the idea of a cozy, winter warmer.
It’s reminiscent of your favorite childhood drink, but better because, well, it’s beer.
