Dusk Till Dusk 2019: Can + Draft Release

It’s finally here! Dusk till Dusk 2019 will be available on draft and in cans on Friday, December 20th at 3 p.m.

The 2019 installment of Dusk Till Dusk is our most complex blend yet. The final blend is comprised of multiple base imperial stouts aged in sixteen select bourbon, rye, and rum barrels that patiently evolved for up to 66 months. From barrel to can and now, to glass, enjoy this at or near cellar temperature (55 degrees) in order to experience the full spectrum of aromatics and flavor.

Last year, our brewcrew decided to dose a very small portion of the batch with cold-brew coffee, from our friends at Ceremony Coffee Roasters. Well, this time around, we’re canning Coffee Dusk Till Dusk, too!

We took the base beer and blended in Ceremony’s 2019 Holiday Blend (cold brew); we finished things off with dry-beaning for added aroma. The light/medium roast has notes of mulled cider and cranberry and pairs beautifully with the big wafts of chocolate-covered grapes and crème brûlée found in Dusk Till Dusk 2019.

But wait… there’s more! We’ll have a third variant this time around: a very limited amount of Dusk 2019 with Tahitian vanilla. Tasting notes to follow.

We’ll also have 2018 Dusk Till Dusk and 2018 Coffee Dusk Till Dusk on tap. Plus, a specialty Dusk flight, featuring 2019 Dusk Till Dusk, 2019 Coffee Dusk Till Dusk, 2019 Vanilla Dusk Till Dusk, and 2018 Dusk Till Dusk.
