Join our Executive Chef and Brewers for an intimate, all-inclusive beer and wine dinner on Wednesday, November 20th in FoodWorks.
You read that right—we’re adding a wine counterpart to each course, including the welcome beer, to further complement each pairing.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., enjoy a guided evening of five plated courses—entirely different from our typical FoodWorks offerings—along with perfectly paired beers, including barrel-aged selections and pre-release brews, and a carefully curated lineup of rockstar wines from around the world. And we’ve thrown in welcome drinks for good measure to enjoy on arrival as you find your seat.
Additional beers available for purchase; Happy Hour pricing applies to all ticket-holders.
Tickets are $85, including tax and tip.

Welcome beer + wine = O.G., our Golden Lager, and 2008 J. Lassalle Champagne Blanc de Blancs
1st = Roasted Local Oyster, Super Bacon, Spinach, and Citrus paired with Lemon Meringue Funk, our Lemon Meringue Berliner Weisse, and 2017 Servin Chablis Vieilles Vignes
2nd = Duck Breast with Duck Ravioli, Delicata Squash paired with Special Lady Friend, our Hazy IPA, and 2017 Domaine Faury Condrieu
3rd = Butternut Squash Chowder with Smoked Mussels, Mint, Blurberry, and Sesame paired with It’s Christmas Dammit, our Belgian-Style Holiday Ale (brewed in collaboration with Downtown Crown), and 2016 Sinegal Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
4th = Dry-Aged New York Strip, aged in house, with Roasted Forelle Pears and Demi-Glace paired with Last Chance to Throw Out Ideas for the Collab Beer Name, our Imperial Stout Aged in Syrah Barrels (brewed in collaboration with Evil Twin Brewing), and 2017 Jaffurs Syrah
5th = Matcha cake with Citrus, Royal Icing, and Goat Cheese paired with 2003 Churchill Vintage Port
