The lure of the Kavorka can be unpredictable, so we indulged its fickle nature and turned it sour!
Sister Roberta, a kettle-soured dark ale with cherries, makes its Taproom debut on Friday, November 17th.
This draft-only release is an enchanting chameleon, falling somewhere between porter and Flemish red in flavor on the palate. A style we’ve decidedly dubbed “Harvish,” Sister Roberta is moderately acidic with immense cherry character from plentiful additions of both tart and sweet cherries.
