Liberation Frequency: Baltic Stout Release
February 6 @ 11:00 am - 10:00 pm
One stout, two ways. Introducing, Liberation Frequency and Liberation Frequency [Nitro]—the former on CO2 draft, the latter in nitro cans; both hitting the Taproom on Wednesday, February 6th.
A true German lager masquerading as an American Stout, Liberation Frequency combines 100% German malts with a famous Franconian lager yeast, designed to retain the nuance of the German lager tradition while also showcasing the flavor intensity of the American brewing tradition. Patiently lagered for over two months, Liberation Frequency is a bombastic showcase of German malting prowess, combining eight different malts for complex notions of toasty bread crust, burnt caramel, and lightly roasted chocolate.
And then we took it to a whole new level via nitro can. Liberation Frequency [Nitro] is an eminently fluffy, pillow-encased hit of chocolate-chips and freshly toasted whole oat bread.
Both CO2 draft and nitro can pours will be served in the Taproom. A limited amount of Liberation Frequency [Nitro] will also be available to take home! Taproom opens at 11 a.m.
