Festive Pairings: A Holiday Cookie + Beer Flight

Santa shouldn’t be the only one who gets cookies this season! And with beer pairings to boot, what better way to enjoy this festive treat?!

Join us in the Taproom on Saturday, December 8th, for our first ever holiday cookie and beer flights. Starting at 2 p.m., you can get four freshly baked cookies, made in-house and matched perfectly with four brewer-selected pairings—including the Taproom-exclusive return of Coffee Van Dammit. For this special iteration, we cold-brewed a concentrate of Ceremony Coffee Roasters’ Kenya Gondo and blended it into the unfiltered base beer to ensure the result was incredibly coffee-forward. Let’s just say the final product is befitting of any coffee, or beer, enthusiast!

Cookie + Beer Lineup:

• Red, White, and Blue (Oatmeal w/Cherry, Blueberry, and White Chocolate) – Special Lady Friend
• Short Bread – White Russian
• Coconut Macaroon – Percy’s Triumph
• Chocolate Chip – Coffee Van Dammit

Flights are $12 and available while supplies last.

**UPDATE: Due to the overwhelmingly positive response to this event, we’ll be adding a limited amount of tickets available for purchase in advance. Tickets will be available to buy online on Friday, November 23rd at 8 a.m. Each ticket grants its holder to one cookie and beer flight on Saturday, December 8th. Flights cannot be redeemed prior to 2 p.m. and will be held until 10 p.m. No more than two tickets can be purchased per person. Please bring digital or printed ticket with you. Must be over 21+ to purchase. IDs will be checked. There will be flights available, outside of those purchased in advance, on a first-come basis.**
