Dusk till Dusk 2018: Can + Draft Release

It’s finally here! Dusk till Dusk 2018 will be available on draft and in cans on Saturday, December 15th. Taproom opens at 11 a.m.

This year’s installment is a blend of 14 select bourbon, rum, and rye whiskey barrels, two of which are more than four years old! Dusk till Dusk 2018 comprises the very best barrels of two distinct imperial stouts and a barleywine in what ultimately exemplifies the pinnacle of artistic endeavor here at Jailbreak Brewing Company. Sip slowly, enjoy endlessly, and live immortally within the “DUSK.”

But wait… there’s more! Despite the 2018 iteration of Dusk Till Dusk being quite complex on its own, our brewcrew decided to dose a very small portion of the batch with the Ceremony 2018 Annual Holiday Blend—available on draft during release day.

Combining a gorgeously fruit-forward natural process coffee from Ethiopia and a chocolate fudge bomb of a washed coffee from Guatemala, the blend manifests in Dusk Till Dusk in two distinct ways. We first rack cold brew concentrate into the base beer for palate flavor contribution, then age the subsequent blend on whole beans for intensified aroma and texture. In its complete form, Coffee Dusk Till Dusk provides alluring aromas of freshly ground coffee, English toffee, and toasted oak, while the palate experience teems with luscious dark caramel and vivid sensations of mocha.
