Double 16 oz. Can + Draft Beer Release: Hazy IPA and Fruited Sour

We’ve got two new brews hitting the Taproom on draft and in 16 oz. cans on Saturday, April 27th! Same, but Different, but Still A Hazy IPA, our latest—you guessed it!—Hazy IPA, and PC-Funk, our beloved Pineapple and Toasted Coconut Berliner Weisse.

Same, but Different has a musky tropical fruit and honeydew melon flavor profile with an underlying citric element redolent of a Cara cara navel orange. It’s an IPA heavy on wheat and oats with soft water treatment, creating a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. Full tasting notes to follow.

As for the return of PC-Funk, it already has us pining for summer. If you missed this tropical beauty last year, be sure to get your fix this time around. Fresh pineapple juice and a potentially irresponsible amount of toasted coconut beautifully transform our base Berliner Weisse into a spectacle of tropical exuberance!

Lactic acidity from the base beer latches onto the piquant nature of the pineapple, while the brush of subdued caramel from the toasted coconut adds refreshing balance, thereby increasing the drinkability. It’s like a Pina Colada… only better because it’s beer.
