Join our Executive Chef and Brewers for an intimate, all-inclusive beer dinner on Tuesday, June 11th, in FoodWorks.
Starting at 6:30 p.m., enjoy a guided evening of five plated courses—entirely different from our typical FoodWorks offerings—with five beers, including exclusive casks and pre-release brews. And we’ve thrown in a welcome beer for good measure to enjoy on arrival as you find your seat.
Additional beers available for purchase; Happy Hour pricing applies to all ticket-holders.
Tickets are $74, including tax and tip.
Menu + Pairings:
Welcome beer = A Dry-Hopped Variant of Czech the Technique, our Czech Pilsner
1st = Scallop ceviche with lime emulsion, crispy lemon, and sesame leaf paired with a cask variant of Funk Sway, our Key Lime Berliner Weisse
2nd = Veal sweetbreads with sunchoke, fried green tomato, and veal reduction paired with Slightly Creative Hazy IPA with Mango, our Hazy IPA with Mango
3rd = Risotto with English peas, Meyer lemon, kale, and miso with Slightly More Creative Hazy IPA with Mango and Vanilla, our Hazy IPA with Mango and Vanilla
4th = Berkshire pork rib, slow braised in our Doppelbock, with seasonal fruit and sorrel paired with our Doppelbock
5th = Raspberry, caramelized pineapple, meringue, and toffee paired with Oats + Hazelnut + Coffee + Stuff, our Oat Milk Stout with Hazelnut and Coffee on Nitro
