The Doc obviously understands where I’m at these days. Who would’ve thought that there would be this much work to be done before ever making beer?!? Well we are weeks away from finalizing the lease. We do have what we hope will be a killer experimental Double IPA in the home fermenter. We have lawyers, consultants and brokers….oh my! Yes….we are busy building the dream. We’re looking to offer our fans something unique, extraordinary and worthy and it starts with the beer and extends out from there. But at this point, we’d be happy just having a place to hang our hats. Just figured I’d stop by and say hello. So….HELLO!
